Scrum mastery grounded in the original approach
The Registered Scrum Master credential was developed by Dr. Jeff Sutherland and Scrum Inc., the organisation co-founded by the inventor of Scrum. The RSM formally recognises individuals who understand lean principles, Scrum Master techniques, the patterns of high-performing teams, and how the Scrum Master role scales within an organisation using Scrum@Scale.
Unlike many Scrum Master credentials, the RSM is the only one in the market endorsed by Jeff Sutherland himself. It is designed for professionals who want to implement Scrum in a way that drives immediate, measurable business results: teams that deliver twice the value at half the cost, with higher quality and greater employee satisfaction.
Delivered by Tim Robinson, an Agility and AI Professional and Registered Scrum Trainer, the course combines theory with practical application and industry-specific content to help attendees understand how Scrum works in their own context.
What your people will learn
- How the Scrum Framework helps deliver products and services faster and with higher quality while cutting cost and improving employee satisfaction
- How to leverage lean principles to identify waste in a system, process, or organisation
- Techniques and metrics Scrum Masters use to improve team happiness and performance
- The patterns and practices of high-performing Scrum teams
- How the Scrum Master role scales in an organisation using Scrum@Scale
- How to function as a servant-leader for a Scrum team
Why organisations choose RSM
The RSM credential offers an alternative pathway for Scrum Masters rooted in the original Scrum Inc. tradition. Organisations that value the Scrum@Scale approach, or that want to develop Scrum Masters who understand lean thinking and the patterns behind genuinely high-performing teams, often choose the RSM over other credentials.
It is also a strong choice for professionals who want a credential that clearly differentiates them in the market and is directly endorsed by the co-creator of Scrum.
