Take your DA knowledge to the next level
The Disciplined Agile Coach certification is designed for experienced agile practitioners who want to coach teams across an enterprise and help organisations achieve true agility. The DAC builds on the DA toolkit, equipping coaches to align teams with organisational strategies, facilitate culture change, and coach disparate groups of teams that may have different priorities and preferred ways of working.
Attendees learn to master the Disciplined Agile toolkit and use it to accelerate process improvement by leveraging proven practices and strategies in context. They also develop the skills to collaborate with, and potentially become an active member of, their organisation's transformation team.
Delivered by Laurence Wood, Senior Agile Trainer and Leadership Coach, the course includes both theoretical foundations and practical coaching techniques, with a focus on real-world application across complex organisational environments.

Why organisations choose DAC

The DAC equips coaches with the toolkit, mindset, and practical techniques to do exactly that, grounded in the Disciplined Agile approach to continuous improvement.
For DASSM-certified practitioners and experienced agile coaches, the DAC is a natural progression in the Disciplined Agile certification pathway.
