1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Website and Services

AgilityPro Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for personal and business purposes. You agree to use the website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Payment for services is due as specified at the time of purchase or registration. Refunds, if applicable, will be made in accordance with our cancellation policy below.

Should you wish to cancel or postpone a training course, our course cancellation terms are as follows:

100% of the course fee waived if cancelled more than 5 weeks prior to the first date of the training course.
50% of the course fee waived (and 50% invoiced to you) if cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to the first date of the training course.
100% of the course fee will be charged and invoiced if cancelled within three weeks of the first date of the training course.
Any expenses already incurred in setting up a training provision (e.g. Printing costs, Travel bookings, Accommodation bookings) will be invoiced in any event.

Postponement can potentially be arranged by request but may attract an administration fee if requested within 5 weeks of the course date. Any non-recoverable costs incurred (e.g. Travel and Accommodation bookings that can not be re-arranged, or fees to amend bookings) will be invoiced in any event. In some instances postponement may not be possible, in which case the cancellation fees above will be charged as the administration fee. Repeated postponement will lead to the full course fee being charged and invoiced in any event.

7. Marketing and Use of Company Name or Image

AgilityPro Limited may use your company name and/or brand image for marketing purposes, including but not limited to inclusion in promotional materials, social media, and website content. If you do not wish your company name or image to be used for such purposes, please inform us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgilityPro Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
