How to use this grid. The SFIA level descriptors are drawn directly from the SFIA 9 framework. Course mappings are based on AgilityPro's own research into how the Scrum Master role operates in the corporate environment — they reflect the skills a practitioner typically needs to develop, not a formal accreditation statement. Where you identify gaps between your target SFIA levels and current course coverage, AgilityPro can advise on supplementary workshops or blended learning options. Note also that Delivery Management (DEMG) may not apply in all contexts: in organisations where the Scrum Master operates as a pure facilitation and coaching role, rather than holding delivery accountability, this skill group is less relevant. See the buying guide or get in touch to discuss a tailored learning pathway.
SFIA alignment. SFIA publish a standard skills profile for Agile Change Agents, available in the SFIA Skills for Role Families & Job Titles resource. Our Scrum Master mapping aligns to that profile and extends it fractionally to reflect the breadth of skills we see in practice across corporate environments.
