Delivery and locations

Yes, this is what many customers opt for. All courses run live online using Teams, Zoom and Miro. They are fully interactive and designed to feel like being in the room, not a passive webinar.

Yes. We deliver private, on-site training at client locations across the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and India. We focus on small groups to keep sessions highly interactive and relevant.

We have delivered training across the UK including London, Bristol, Bath, Newbury, Northampton, Gloucester, Newport, Leeds, Cornwall and Devon, as well as internationally in Jersey, Gibraltar, southern Germany, Málaga and Gurugram in India.

Yes. We have delivered private SAFe and Agile training in Jersey and across the Channel Islands. We can also run courses in other remote locations such as the Isle of Man and the Highlands of Scotland. If you have a team and want the benefits of in-room training, we will come to you.

We currently focus on private, in-house training for organisations. If you have a small group, we can usually run a dedicated course within a few weeks.

Yes. Most of our work is delivered as private training for intact teams or groups of teams, using your real context so that the training is directly applicable.

Yes. Most teams we work with are distributed. Training can be delivered remotely or as a mix of on-site and remote participation, using collaborative tools to keep sessions interactive.

Pricing and booking

Typically within two to four weeks of confirmation, often faster if a group is ready and dates align.

For UK organisations, this is typically a purchase order. For EU-based organisations, we often work on an invoicing basis depending on your internal processes. Beyond that, we just agree dates, course type and participant numbers.

Yes. We regularly deliver training outside the UK and can align session timings to suit your teams, including CET and other international time zones.

Course materials, digital workbook, certification exam fees where applicable, and twelve months of post-course support.

Yes. We offer optional printed workbooks for all in-person courses, for a small additional fee.

Public courses are priced per individual, whereas private training is delivered to a group at an agreed fixed cost.

This means the per-person cost becomes much lower as you train a full team or multiple teams together.

For really small numbers of people, public courses are often the more practical option, but for groups of about five or six upwards, private delivery usually provides both better value and more relevant outcomes.

Courses and certifications

It depends on your objective. Public courses suit individuals seeking certification, while private training is usually more effective when teams need to align and apply the approach in a real delivery environment.

Yes. We offer Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Registered Scrum Master (RSM) and Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) as well as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), and Advanced SAFe Scrum Master (ASSM) for people working in scaled Agile environments.

Yes. We offer Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Registered Product Owner (RPO) and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), as well as SAFe Agile Product Management (APM) for those working in scaled Agile environments.

Scrum focuses on a single team. SAFe is designed to align multiple teams, functions and leaders around a shared direction, which is typically what larger organisations need.

We offer a broad range of private SAFe training, from foundational courses such as Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe Scrum Master and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, through to more advanced options including SAFe Agile Product Management, SAFe for Architects, Release Train Engineer, Lean Portfolio Management and Implementing SAFe.

For most organisations, Leading SAFe is the best starting point, as it provides a broad overview of the framework and is suitable for leaders, managers and key stakeholders across the business.

SAFe for Teams is typically aimed at Agile Team members working within an Agile Release Train, and focuses more on day-to-day team practices within the SAFe environment.

From there, organisations often move into more specialised courses aligned to specific roles, such as SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Release Train Engineer or Lean Portfolio Management, depending on where capability needs to be strengthened.

These are quite different courses for quite different audiences. Leading SAFe gives a broad overview of the entire Scaled Agile Framework, from portfolio strategy and Lean budgeting through to how Agile Release Trains work and how PI Planning is run. It is the better general introduction to SAFe and suits leaders, managers, consultants, and anyone who wants to understand how the whole system fits together.

SAFe for Teams is aimed specifically at Agile development team members who are joining a Release Train. It focuses almost entirely on team and ART level practices and contains nothing about the portfolio layer. It is not a general overview and holistic introduction to SAFe.

If you are unsure which course is right for you, please drop us an email or schedule a call with us.

Leading SAFe is often a strong choice for consultants, Agile coaches, and others who move between organisations where SAFe has been adopted. Because it covers the full framework from portfolio to team level, it gives consultants the breadth they need to support stakeholders at multiple levels and contribute meaningfully to conversations about strategy, governance, and delivery.

No. Our Agile Foundations and CSM courses are suitable for beginners. SAFe courses are most effective if you already have some exposure to Agile ways of working.

Yes. All certification courses include the official exam and digital badge from the relevant accreditation body.

Yes. These are short, focused learning experiences combining self-paced learning with a live session. We regularly deliver Business Owner and Advanced Facilitation: Value Stream Mapping, and we can also run other options such as Conflict and Collaboration or Responsible AI as private sessions.

Yes. As Scaled Agile roll out their AI-enabled curriculum, we adopt the updated courses. As of April 2026 these include AI-Empowered Leading SAFe, AI-Empowered SAFe for Teams, AI-Empowered SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, and AI-Empowered SAFe Scrum Master.

Yes. Through our trainers and network, we can provide a wider range of training including Leadership, Scrum, Project Management and Change Management, depending on your organisation's needs.

Current Certified SAFe 6 Scrum Masters can upgrade by completing the Empowering Scrum Masters with AI SAFe Skill, available in the SAFe Skills Library. This is a short, self-paced e-learning module that takes about 45 minutes to complete. Once complete, the certification is automatically updated to Certified AI-Empowered SAFe Scrum Master and a new digital badge is issued.

Yes. We design and deliver fully customised training under your brand, aligned to your operating model, language, processes and real examples.

Format, support and admin

Very. Sessions are built around group exercises, practical application and discussion, not simply slide-led delivery.

Most courses run for two days. Some workshops are one day, and specialist courses such as SAFe for Architects run for three, or A-SPC which is a blend of training and workshop activities over 4 days.

We typically use Zoom for live sessions, along with Miro for interactive collaboration. If your organisation has preferred tools, for example Microsoft Teams, we can usually work within those.

Yes. We run workshops aligned to Agile and SAFe practices, including formal Value Stream Identification and Value Stream Mapping sessions, as well as bespoke offerings to suit your needs.

Yes. All delegates receive twelve months of general trainer support, along with access to official SAFe resources and community platforms where relevant.

A SAFe Premier Trainer is a recognition from Scaled Agile for trainers who have demonstrated consistently strong experience and capability in delivering SAFe courses.

It is based on a track record of successfully delivering multiple SAFe courses across different topics, rather than a single certification, and reflects both training quality and breadth of delivery.

It is a relatively small group globally. Our lead trainer was the first to be recognised at this level, which reflects both depth of experience and the volume of SAFe training delivered over time.

SAFe Partner status is a commercial partnership model rather than a requirement to deliver training, and it does not provide any real assurance of training quality. Our focus is on delivering high-quality private training without needing to pass on the costs associated with partnership. We have an ongoing relationship with a SAFe Gold Partner which we leverage where needed.

Yes. In some organisations, we support teams beyond training, for example by running Value Stream Mapping sessions or helping establish Lean Portfolio Management practices.

As of April 2026, learners have 60 days from course completion to take the exam. Foundational courses now include two exam attempts within that 60-day window. The first two attempts are included with course registration. If the exam is not attempted or passed within 60 days, a paid retake is required.

The easiest way to get hold of us is by email or by booking a short call using our online calendar. That allows us to respond quickly and make sure the right person is available, particularly if you are looking to discuss specific dates or requirements.

We do have our main phone number, but we are not always able to answer calls during training delivery, so email or a scheduled call is usually more reliable in the first instance.

Still have a question?

If your question is not covered here, or if you want advice on which course is the best fit for your teams, we are always happy to talk it through. A short call is usually the quickest way to narrow the options and discuss timing, delivery model and audience.
