What you are buying
AgilityPro provides instructor-led Agile and SAFe training for organisations that want a straightforward way to train a team, leadership group, delivery function or transformation cohort.
A dedicated course gives your people a shared learning experience, with room for questions, discussion and examples that relate to your own environment. The course content remains aligned to the relevant certification or learning outcome, but the delivery is shaped around the group in the room.
This is especially useful when you need people to develop a common language, understand their roles, prepare for a SAFe environment, improve Scrum practice, or build confidence before a wider change in ways of working.
How the process works
1. Tell us what you are trying to achieve
That might be a specific course, a role group, a team preparing for SAFe, or a broader learning need.
2. Agree the course, dates and format
We confirm what will work best, whether that is remote delivery, in-person training, or a sequence of sessions.
3. We set up the learning environment
For remote courses this usually means Zoom or Teams, Miro and digital course materials. For certified courses we also support the learner setup process.
4. Your people attend the course
The training is live, interactive and delivered by an experienced practitioner who can connect the material to real work.
5. Learners complete certification steps
Where the course includes certification, participants receive the relevant exam access and guidance.
6. The learning carries back into work
Participants leave with a shared understanding and practical language they can use immediately with colleagues, teams and stakeholders.
Minimal setup on your side: you provide the participants and help agree dates. We take care of the training structure, facilitation approach, learning materials and delivery setup.
Simple to set up and easy to transact
We keep the commercial side straightforward so you can move quickly once the training need is clear.
For companies using purchase orders
A client PO is usually all we need to confirm the booking, schedule the course, and begin setting up materials, tooling and learner access.
For companies working invoice-first
If your process is invoice approval rather than PO-based purchasing, that is fine too. Once the invoice is approved for payment, we are good to go.
There are no complex onboarding steps needed for most course bookings. We agree the course, dates and format, then make the delivery practical and easy for your team to attend.
For organisations with established procurement processes, we regularly work as part of preferred supplier lists and are comfortable engaging through formal procurement frameworks where required.
If supplier onboarding is needed, we are happy to support that process, although for most engagements this is not necessary and bookings can proceed quickly.
Common course routes
Many organisations already know the course they need. Others know the problem they are trying to solve, but need help choosing the best starting point. These are some of the most common routes.
Leading SAFe
Often used for leaders, managers, change agents and stakeholders who need a broad understanding of SAFe and how it supports enterprise agility.
SAFe for Teams
A common starting point for teams preparing to operate within an Agile Release Train, or for new people joining an existing SAFe environment.
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
Useful where Product Owners, Product Managers and business representatives need to improve backlog, prioritisation and team-facing product work.
SAFe Scrum Master
Designed for Scrum Masters and team facilitators who need to understand both team-level Scrum and the wider SAFe operating context.
SAFe DevOps
Helpful where organisations need to improve flow from idea to delivery, connecting development, operations, architecture, security and business roles.
Agile Fundamentals
A practical starting point for people who need to understand Agile, Scrum and iterative working before moving into more role-specific training.
Delivery options
Remote training
Remote delivery works well for distributed teams and international groups. Sessions are live and interactive, with collaboration supported through tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Miro.
Remote courses can be scheduled around UK, European or international working patterns, subject to trainer availability.
In-person training
In-person delivery works well where the group benefits from being together, especially for leadership alignment, team launch activity or highly collaborative workshops.
We can deliver at your office or chosen venue, with optional printed materials where useful.
Why organisations choose company training
Company training is usually chosen when the value is not just the certificate, but the shared understanding created across the group.
Sending individuals to public courses can work well for isolated learning needs. A dedicated course is usually more effective when several people need to learn together, ask questions in context, and return to work with a common language and consistent view of how the approach should operate.
It also reduces practical friction for internal Learning and Development teams, because the course, participants, dates and delivery format can be arranged around the organisation rather than around a public schedule.
Questions buyers often ask
No. Some clients arrive with a specific course in mind, while others describe the roles, teams or outcomes they need to support. We can help you choose a sensible starting point.
Yes. Company courses often bring together people from different teams, locations or business areas, especially where the aim is to create a shared understanding across a wider programme.
Yes, where a course is certified, the content remains aligned to the relevant certification pathway and official course materials. The difference is that the discussion, examples and facilitation can be shaped around your group.
Most company training works best with a group of around 8 to 20 people. That gives enough variety for discussion and exercises, while still allowing people to ask questions and engage properly.
